If you believe that content on CineZeta infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright agent at support@cinezeta.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice". Your notice must include all of the following:

• Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL of the material you claim is infringing.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a complete and valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the party that uploaded it. Incomplete notices cannot be processed, so please include every item listed above.

If you believe material you uploaded was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must identify the removed material, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and include your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. Valid counter-notifications are forwarded to the original complainant.

Uploaders who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their content permanently removed and their access to the platform terminated.
